Hi! I’m Dr. Sarah Grace, best known as Dr. Grace. I’m here to help you become your best self—spirit, soul, and purpose.
There was a time when I didn’t know if God was real. My life felt empty, my heart was broken, and I didn’t feel I had any real value or purpose. All of that began to change when I opened my heart to God and began my journey of spiritual awakening, emotional healing, aligning with my true identity, and embracing my God-given purpose. It was then that I was able to embrace a life of spiritual peace, emotional well-being, and meaningful success.
Today, I am a speaker, media personality, author, and what I like to call a soul care provider, using all of these platforms to share my personal story and what I have learned in my journey to inspire and empower others to embrace their own spiritual awakening, emotional healing, authentic identity, and God-given purpose.
Before receiving my first traditionally earned degree, the impact of my work earned me the affectionate title “Dr. Grace,” a title that was later honored through nominations for two honorary doctorates. I credit my personal connection to God, the study of the Bible, spiritual gifts, and years of personal life experience, as well as apprentice-style mentorship from other leaders, for everything I have accomplished to this point.
By God’s grace, I have been able to take time to sharpen my skillset through for-credit courses with renowned colleges such as Regent University and Lipscomb University, having also earned lifelong status in the honor society of Alpha Chi.
I am also honored and privileged to be the recipient of ordination as an elder and pastor in the Christian faith, credentialing as a certified chaplain, and certified training in Christian life coaching, first responder mental health coaching, mental health advocacy, psychological first aid, and more.
On a personal note, I am blessed to be the mother of seven children—my “seven from heaven”—and currently live in the Greater Nashville area. I love coffee, international food, thrift store shopping to find new life in old things, enjoying creative arts, and travel.
