Having served in and outside of the traditional model of church for over 25 years, I’ve seen the need for spiritual leadership and pastoral care for those who haven’t yet connected to a faith community, are in transition between communities, or simply desire support. God has placed a special passion in my heart to fill that gap by offering a safe, compassionate space to provide guidance and support.
In this virtual chapel, you’ll find articles, resources, a form for prayer requests, and eventually videos to help guide you on your faith journey. Whether you’re exploring your faith, experiencing life changes, or seeking a space outside of your usual community, I’m here to offer comfort and support as you navigate through life.

WHAT ARE YOUR CREDENTIALS?

WHAT IS YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
All information shared during 1.1 sessions is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the participant’s written consent. This includes information shared verbally, in writing, or electronically. Recordings are any kind are prohibited unless mutually agreed and recorded in writing. In the case that permission is granted, recordings are for myself and the client only and not to be shared with others or the general public.
There are limited exceptions to the confidentiality policy:
Mandatory Reporting: If a participant discloses information indicating an imminent threat of self-harm or harm to others, Beyond the Lights is obligated to report this to the appropriate authorities to ensure the safety of all involved.
Legal Requirements: Beyond the Lights may be required to disclose confidential information if compelled by law, court order, or subpoena.
DO YOU TAKE CRISIS CALLS OR DO IN PERSON VISITS
f you are in an emergency situation, please call 911 and address your or your loved ones’ immediate needs before reaching out to me. Then submit the form to request a phone or video call, or an in-person visit. I take these on case by case basis as considering availability and location.
DO YOU PERFORM CEREMONIES
I am a licensed and ordained pastor/elder with certified chaplain training and am able to perform ceremonies such as baptisms, communion, weddings, baby dedications, and funerals. I consider such invitations on a case-by-case basis, based on alignment of beliefs and practices, location, and availability. Please send a message to inquire about this in more detail.
General Policies & Disclaimer
Guided by Grace sessions provide Spirit-led insight, Biblical counseling, mental health coaching, and practical strategies to help you move forward spiritually, personally, and professionally. These sessions are faith-based and not a substitute for clinical mental health services—I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. You are responsible for how you apply the guidance given; I offer wisdom, encouragement, and support, but the work is yours to do. Session fees are to honor my time spent and help me maintain availability for appointments. One reschedule is allowed without having to book again; no refunds will be issued. Sessions are private unless disclosure is legally required, such as in cases of risk of harm. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these policies.
