About Me
hi, i'm dr. sarah grace best known as "dr. grace"
I’m Dr. Sarah Grace—best known as Dr. Grace and I am an influencer, author, speaker, TV host, chaplain, counselor, coach, guide, and more!
In my earlier years, I never would have believed I would be living the life I have today. I didn’t even know if God was real, and I struggled deeply with heartbreak, depression, and low self-esteem. At one point, I didn’t even know if life was worth living—but one heartfelt prayer, asking God if He was real, changed everything. Not long after that, my spiritual journey began at home, ultimately sparked by Christian television and radio. This led me to embrace Christian community by attending a local church.
There, I was inspired to continue nurturing my relationship with God and deepening my understanding of the Holy Bible. It became my deepest desire to know God, to experience His power, and to truly understand the Bible and how it applies to real life—so that I could authentically embrace a Christian lifestyle.
My personal story of coming to God through Christian media opened the door to my first official speaking engagement, just weeks after I surrendered my life to Him. My continued dedication to spiritual growth and Biblical wisdom positioned me for opportunities to speak at local congregational meetings, which later led to invitations to speak at other congregations, events, and even community agencies.
With a strong desire to reach beyond the traditional Christian community, I began sharing my story and teachings on social media, writing books, and hosting events. This paved the way for me to be invited onto various religious and mainstream media platforms, allowing me to reach people both nationally and internationally. In 2018, I began producing my own television broadcasts through a local cable network, reaching as many as 1 million viewers per month with a variety of faith-based programs, including my most recent show, Dr. Grace.
After years of service, both before and after receiving various titles, licenses, and ordinations within the non-denominational Christian community, the consistency, diversity, and impact of my work earned me the affectionate title of “Dr. Grace.” This title was later honored through nominations for two honorary doctorate degrees: one in Christian Humane Letters and the other in Divinity. I credit my personal connection to God, my dedicated study of the Bible, spiritual gifts, years of personal life experience, apprenticeship-style mentorship from other leaders, and ongoing commitment to growth for everything I have accomplished to this point.
Though I attribute my ability to operate in all my gifts to the Spirit of God, I firmly believe in partnering those gifts with practical skills and scholarly study. I have sharpened my skill set through for-credit courses at renowned institutions such as Regent University and Lipscomb University, earning lifelong membership in the honor society of Alpha Chi. Additionally, I have certified in training in Professional Christian life coaching, First Responder Mental Health Coaching, Mental Health Advocacy, Chaplaincy, Psychological First Aid, and more.
On a personal note, I am blessed to be the mother of seven children—my “seven from heaven”—and currently reside in the Greater Nashville area. I love coffee, international cuisine, thrift store shopping to give new life to old things, enjoying the creative arts, and traveling.
